The New Mexico Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that The New Mexico Gaming Control Board acted properly in declaring as void Canadian developer Michael Moldenhauer’s gaming license.  Moldenhauer was awarded the gaming license in 2009 to build a $50 million racino in Raton N.
