UPDATE from the Albuquerque Journal: 7 people were arrested today. Fernando Solis Garcia, 29, was the man arrested in New Mexico today, the release said. Also arrested today were Jose Trevino Morales and his wife in Lexington, Okla., three men in Los Angeles and one man in Austin, Texas. There is a copy of the indictment at the bottom of the page. Ruidoso Downs Racetrack was site of a lot of activity this morning and it did not have anything to do with exercising race horses. FBI agents served and executed a federal search warrant at racetrack against Tremor Enterprises, a prominent horse breeding and racing operation.
